- While living a super active life, overcoming a set-back from a sport injury requiring surgery caused him to focus on the integration of mind and body. In doing so he found personal joy and the value of helping others to find their own path.

By helping to train your body and mind simultaneously using of Group outdoor and indoor HIIT (High Intensity Interval training), balance, mobility, and nature yoga
He will share the methods and techniques that have made him a better version of himself. He is passionate about helping others live happier and healthier lifestyles by unlocking their unique abilities to attain strength, endurance and serenity.
He believes it is possible to slow, stop or even reverse the aging process and he can help you to feel and look younger and stronger. As a Trainer with the help of individual plan design he can help you to set smart goals to look and feel your best and he can help you enjoy yourself along the way. He is able to help individuals in all age ranges (8 to 80 and beyond), people with chronic disease, professional athletes, as well as those with moderate health goals - to achieve their personal fitness goals faster and easier.

Some of his daily exercises are: Yoga, swimming, hiking, running, kickboxing (martial arts) and bodybuilding.
English is his 4th language. He also speaks Persian, Gilaki, Turkish and some Arabic.
At an early age, Sina decided to immigrate alone and experience different countries and cultures.
To celebrate his 30th birthday he swam the Puget-Sound from Burien to Vashon Island.
